Sounds like it's struggling? Half way threw a branch Motor Bogs down, camera changes clip.
Glad I got one! From NZ
Is that all there is to servicing the HANSA? No spark plugs or oil drain/change? It would have been nice to see a belt change too. If its anything like my changing the belts on my Husqrvarna ride-on mower, then it's a two man job (for a woman). Having said that, its good that Hansa have gone to the trouble of producing a service video. Other companies focus only on selling and don't give a monkey what happens thereafter.
Have any idea on how to do a belt change in my hansa c7? It’s impossible to remove the belts with the shaft still connected to the pulley wheels.
Nice demo. Should have been wearing ear and eye protection and gloves for hand protection. The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.
Look at that beauty, best performing chipper
Looks like I found this video again. I can't find any other good wood chippers comparable to Hansa chippers, the price is definitely high but the design of these machines is so good in terms of thick round steel holding the teeth, the chute thickness, paint, the belt system to absorb shocks, the engine, I have no doubt that this machine can last a lifetime. However, don't just feed thicker hardwood than specs and especially when they are too long, keep them nice and short so engine wont stall and prolong the life of these machines. So Hansa please give me a discount please 🤣😭😭
NZ made??
Can you run stuff like straw or lucern through these ?
Top 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌
Finally someone using a hansa for cardboard
On the section about setting the gap between the rotary and anvil blades why did you show the rotary blade being adjusted instead of the anvil blade being moved to correct position
Why no reply from Hansa ?
Great video; impressive speed and performance. Personally, I burn clean cardboard in my fireplace and put the ash on my garden. But the chipper worked very well on those larger branches and palm fronds. Does it handle green fronds and leaves just as well or do they jam in the cutters?
How does this not make lye?
there is no reason to put your hand so far inside, it will pull the cardboard in by itself, if you have to push it in further use a push stick not your hand
What is the price of this machine WhatsApp me 9632515846

Yes
We want one machine please convey price venkchee@gmail.com 918008511019
How much the price C3 & C4 machine.
Top chipper machin
how much does one of these things cost?
About $3000 for the C7. Sounds a lot but you get what you pay for. These things are beasts and made in NZ. I bought a second hand C7 today, a March ‘19 model, used once for $1000.
😀 Looks like a beaut bit of kit 👍🏻
???
How good are they at taking palm fronds as my palm cleaning business can use it. Im in the redlands and where can I get one and how much?
Any future plans for selling these in the U.S.A? ~ asks hopeful Hawaii.
Why can’t we get stuff like this in the US... most chippers in that price range are crap here.
Because your country sucks
Any plans to sell a chipper with an electric motor?
I find the engine a bit underpowered for some palms. The chute is prone to cracking near the anvil area. Adjusting the anvil is a frustrating exercise. A good machine though as I have had mine for around 7 years, and it has taken care of many shrubs and palms.
Nice demonstration. My 2 cents. Alternate materials when shredding. Saves time/effort to mix it later. ;-) Cheers
that's pretty flimsy cardboard. would have liked to see how it does with some real box cardboard.
As a general rule of thumb. Harder material will shred perfectly. The problem usually is soft material. Ex. wet/moist cardboard can be a real challenge. ;-)
I agree. I just purchased one that doesn't do any justice on cardboard.
so a smaller shredder should work fine on cardboard too?
No, not all work. I just bought one that sucks horribly on cardboard.
@@Juliusgunn1 why buy a chipper to mulch cardboard...put it in yer bin
what sit him self!!!! whosssaa
Speak English!
good!!!
My plan is to get the c4 this year and then upgrade to the c7 in 2014
Did you get the c7? Hat do you think?
About $2800
may i know the price ?
